La Nike Air Max 97 “Nintendo 64” è una colorazione giocosa della collaudata scarpa da corsa di fine anni ’90. Questa versione speciale colpisce chiunque sia diventato maggiorenne alla fine degli anni ’90, poiché Nike veste la sua amata Air Max con una colorazione ispirata al sistema di gioco Nintendo 64. Pura nostalgia allo stato puro, la Air Max 97 “Nintendo 64” applica il tema colorato sia della console che del controller alla tomaia. Tonalità vibranti di verde e blu contrastano con la pelle argentata e la base in mesh della tomaia. Tre piccoli punti sono posizionati sulla linguetta anteriore come un cenno intelligente al controller dell’N64. Le linguette sinistra e destra presentano rispettivamente i dettagli “Power” e “Reset”. Vibrant hues of green and blue contrast the silver leather and mesh base of the upper. Three small dots are placed on the front pull tab as a clever nod to the controller of the N64. The left and right tongues feature “Power” and “Reset” detailing, respectively. A black rubber midsole and visible toe-to-heel Max Air cushioning system in a yellow tint akin the buttons found on the controller completes the look of this throwback design.
